Fee Structure

Fees are set by individual attorneys on a case-by-case basis according to the anticipated time and complexity of the matter. If, as work progresses, there are unexpected developments that may affect legal fees and expenses, we will let you know as soon as they become apparent.

Statements are prepared monthly for most matters. In certain instances, we may require an advance payment, known as a retainer. You should expect a full explanation of the fee and billing procedure that applies to you.

Social Security and Personal Injury cases: Initial consultations in these types of cases are free. If you retain us, then we will be paid on a contingency fee basis, meaning that you will not pay a fee unless you recover a settlement. You will still be responsible for our associated costs and expenses in the absence of a recovery.
